I've used this pan about 20 times to cook eggs, hamburgers and pancakes. When it was new you could dry it with a paper towel after you finished cooking with it. The eggs just slipped off. But now the non-stick coating doesn't seem to be as effective. For example, after making a cheeseburger, some of the cheese will stick to the pan and need to be washed off. It's the same with eggs. Only non-scratch plastic spatulas are used, the flame is never higher than medium and the pan is always washed by hand and not in the dishwasher. So I'm disappointed that the non-stick coating didn't last long despite being very careful with it. **Updated December 7, 2020** I used a skillet with bacon. I mean come on it's bacon. Prepared in own fat. But surprisingly, it stuck to the pan anyway. And made an effort to get clean. As you can see from the photos, I slowly cook the bacon over very low heat. All in all, this pan is junk. A non-stick coating is fine when new, but won't last long after that. I wish I could return this.
