The double hooped nosed ring is really cute, it fit perfectly but the thick rhinestone/diamond hoop. Regret it soooo much, blowing my nose or even just touching that side hurts, the latch to unhook it is so hard to take off, throughout this past week it has already made my hole bigger to the point where I was so desperate to take it off I had to turn that thick hoop THROUGH the hole just to unlatch it and yet even having it on the front, it still took me a long time to just unhook, I really didn't want to go to an urgent room just to take it off since damage was already done. Don't purchase the thick one unless your nose is extremely small, please, I don't want this happening to another person it REALLY hurt so take this comment with consideration if you like the thick diamond filled one
