I purchased this item at 18g, but it did not fit. I made sure the package said the right gague, and it did, but it was still too big to fit in my nostril piercing. It was a bit too thick to fit in comfortably, and it made me bleed a little, so I gave up on trying to put it in. I recommend getting one size down if your piercing is still sensitive, as it was too painful for me to put in. My piercing at the time was 99% healed, so there shouldn't have been any pain. The only downfall to this piece is when it clicks into place it’s a hard click- so getting it back out, especially if you got a snug fit- is very difficult! Once clicked in place it’s in there and it’s going to fall out!

Seriously? I was putting it into my nose and it broke when closing it! The broken clasp went down my nose. DO NOT BUY THIS! It is very poorly made. I was so excited when I got this and excited because it was a ring I didn't need to pull sideways apart. Absolutely terrible design on the clasp. This has a click to close feature but it defines very loose very quickly, I lost it within 2 weeks. I didn’t realize it had fallen out

I have the triple ring. I sleep in it. Only take it off for occasional cleaning. It took a couple of tries. Once you understand how the latch works it's no problem. Have gotten many compliments.

Nice quality, didn't come bend. Give it a wash before you use it with some alcohol. Most clamp rings don't close well and this one has stayed closed all day. Very happy with it

It was hard to put in my nose. I have a small nose. You have to line it up just right. Also, it kept falling out when I cleaned my nose. Keep that in mind. Eventually, it just broke off in my nose. It was hard to get out and my nose did bleed. However, its really cute.

The double hooped nosed ring is really cute, it fit perfectly but the thick rhinestone/diamond hoop. I'm not sure if there is even a way around this, but where the hinge for this sits falls right on the sensitive inner part of the piercing and is extremely uncomfortable to wear for very long. It's such a bummer because this is a super cute design for a nose ring.

I was excited to receive this item so when I did I sanitized it right away and put it in my nose. Right when I got it in I noticed that it was broken which was very disappointing. One of the connecting points was broken and not connected like it should have been. I won't be returning because it was already in my nose, but I'm pretty disappointed.

I've now bought two of these, the first one I loved but was a little too small so I ordered a second one and it doesn't stay latched shut. I'm deeply disappointed, I am sad the quality isn't the same from product to product, now I have two rings I can't use.

20g 10in for nose. Came in cute packaging. So far so good, aside from the fact that the class was very difficult to close once in.I'll update if anything changes.Edit: so after 2 days my nose is very red and sore. I believe it's due to the material it's made out of.

I love this earring, it's adorable! It's easy to insert and click shut. However, detaching it is quite a bit more difficult. I typically leave mine in and just make sure it's clean every day.
