I got this key fob for my Acura MDX because I just put a remote start in it and got a key fob with a remote start button. Initially I used a non-remote start key fob and put it in a silicone protector (red in the photo). It was great and easy to take out the emergency key in this keychain because this emergency key is in the hole. With this key fob (see picture - blue), however, the emergency key is located at the other end of the hole due to the design. This causes problems when you want to remove the emergency key or key fob, especially if your fob has a key fob attached to it. It's easier to access the emergency key or remove the fob when a keychain is attached to it.
