Not enough for different sizes of medicine bottles as medium sized bottles take up quite a bit of space making it difficult to put other bottles in adjacent compartments. Once the inner side pockets/slits are used, the outer pockets become difficult to use and render the entire (small) bag useless. If, like me, you have multiple prescriptions and supplements, this bag is not for you. Don't buy, you will be disappointed! It's advertised on the Revain website as a medication organizer and I still have a few prescriptions and supplements to carry around in my tote bag. I am absolutely dissatisfied with this item and do not recommend it as advertised!
