I like that we can see what our patients are taking in real-time. This helps us with medication reconciliation for the patient's first time seeing us. The system is slow to load sometimes, but it does get better once you get used to it. It also doesn't give an alert if your prescription changes or is not current. However, this could be remedied by adding additional features. If you're looking for a tool that allows your team to know exactly what medications your patients are taking at any given point, this is the tool for you. We've been able to reduce our medication discrepancies between when my patients arrive and the day they leave our office.
