We ordered a table in November 2021 and have been using it ever since. When assembling the table after receiving it, we found that one of the wheel locks was broken. We contacted the seller and he replied the same day and we received a replacement within a few days. After 8 months of use, the "calf" part of the leg (where the wheel part goes) broke and fell out completely. I contacted the seller and like the first time, customer service responded immediately and we received a replacement in less than a week. It is really worth buying this product. Big pockets, big tray/shelf underneath - enough space to fill with tissues, nappies, overalls, towels, wipes etc etc. Kid didn't move much lol. Once it started tipping on its side we couldn't rely on the straps at all as the straps are loose enough and I doubt they can lock baby down so to speak. We never leave the baby unattended, but even when we're standing next to the changing table (it's quite high!) we always keep our hand on the baby's tummy or back to keep it from falling off the table :)
