Application was difficult but not impossible. I liked the idea of wetting the tread to smooth it out and then gluing it down over time, but after scraping there were blisters in some places and the tread dried out. Having something to set the phone and align the tread (like some other brands) can help. I also immediately noticed a stain under the protective glass, but after a few days it seems to have disappeared, which is good. The screen is protected and I have no scratches (after dropping the phone to test effectiveness). I've noticed more bubbles appearing randomly in corners/sides where there weren't any before. I made sure to hold the corners and sides down while drying so it adhered properly. Even if you have a two-piece phone case (snap on back and front), this protection may not want to lie flat for very long.
