Keeps my 8 lb Yorkie warm. It takes a little practice to put it on and zip it up and then pull your legs up, but once you get the hang of it you'll be fine. Be sure to give the pup a treat for wearing it and he'll soon get used to it. On particularly cold days I put a t-shirt on him as a precaution, but that's just an extra precaution as he's sensitive to the cold. Haven't tried it in the snow yet but I'm sure it will stay dry and warm with boots on. I have the X-Small and it fits perfectly. Its measurements are: 9 inches at the back of the neck, 10 inches at the back (from the base of the neck to the base of the tail), 15 inches in girth (measured at the ribs under the arms).
