Yes. helps! about vitamins, minerals and dietary supplements

September 2017 update: jasssss. It works! Not an instant fix, but a big help. I have to post October photos and July photos. I couldn't find any fresher ones and can't get any today because I wear makeup so it's not really fair. I got a big pimple on my forehead 2 weeks ago after my period. It went like this for 2 weeks. I have noticed many improvements in the size and frequency of my acne. I also tried Solgar's Choline/Inositol 500mg, but I took 1000mg for depression and skin (this was also recommended for acne); Vitamin D3 5000 IU; vitamin E 400 IU; dr Tobias Omega-3 Fish Oil 800 mg (2 capsules). Basically, I take whatever is recommended to me for mental health and acne. I think a lot of my acne is stress related. First evaluation January 2017: Dosing once daily, starting a week ago. I can already see and feel the results! I'm less down in the morning, more energetic, more focused on work. My acne hyperpigmentation is improving. I originally introduced this because Organic Olivia (find her on YouTube, love the info she shares) said she uses this to heal her acne. I may update this post with pics once my acne is gone :P or I'll let you know if it's not! However, I'm not sure if I started with this or anything else (having seen OrganicOlivia's YouTube channel). Prescription help (probiotics) or "Now" wormwood (parasite cleanse or "Christopher's Lower Intestinal Formula". But I started taking L-lysine about 10 days ago, others only 4 days ago).
