Didn't take it! on Motors

Took less than 2 months then jammed and wouldn't let the door close. Half latch does not retract properly, seems frozen. Also the electrical part is not unlocked. The other 3 doors work but this one doesn't. Took it out and can't get it to work outside the door. Can't wait to install another one.
