Fleece backed breathable liner, "waterproof membrane" is more splash proof and I don't know about previous reviews but "perfect fit" isn't everything. The sizing is good, but you have to qualify as 'no neck' to have one that actually fits (I wear a 'regular' size neck brace - paramedic tested and tested after being killed by a drunk driver almost got run over). In a nutshell. Please don't drink or ride and think twice if you're looking for warmth and comfort on your motorcycle.
