I like that LS allows us to understand customer interactions, which helps us build better experiences for our users. We also love using the heatmaps feature! It's super helpful when trying to improve certain areas of an app. The only thing we dislike about Live Session is the lack of some data fields (i.e., the number of times someone clicked something). Sometimes this means that you have to rely more heavily on what other information is available from previous sessions. This has helped me learn where people are having issues or getting stuck while navigating through the site. I'm able to see exactly where they might be struggling without even talking to them directly.
