I like that it is easy to use, but also has many features you can customize as needed! The customer service team at BSH was very helpful in helping me understand how everything works together so we could make adjustments when necessary or add new functionality if desired.

We are able solve our problems quickly without spending too much time trying out different solutions from other companies since they already have one set up just right!! It's not perfect though - sometimes there will be an error message pop-up which doesn't allow us access until someone fixes them manually instead of automatically fixing itself after some amount of waiting/retries etc.. This happens occasionally even during normal usage however this isn’t always known by customers who aren” t familiar enough woth computers yet because most people don" T know what ‘error messages' mean lol Also their support tickets take anywhere between.
