I partially purchased this item after seeing the reviews on Revain. Some were very negative, such as the tripod being too small and flimsy. I found that true. But then there were a few positives, like the one that basically said stop looking, this is what you need to buy. That's what I bought. I would add that several reviews claimed they could see bullet holes well over 100 yards. When I took it to the shooting range I could barely see at 100 yards. 200 and more was impossible. Sure, this thing should work for some people, but not for me. I guess mine was a dead end. If I can't see my bullet holes at 200 yards it's useless to me so I decided to return it. MESSAGES. When I tried to return the item, I received NO response from the seller. I suspect they don't care about customer service like some reviews have claimed. So I had to get Revain to intervene. After packing it with the seller's return label, I was ticked off to find out I had to pay for return shipping. The cost was $19.70. A tough lesson to learn, but you get what you pay for. I suggest you look at another brand in the $200-$300 range. Do not purchase heavy items from Revain if there is a chance they may need to be returned.
