Update 1.12.23: Gabrylly reached out to me to assist with some of the negatives I posted prior. Their customer service is top notch.This chair really helped with my back. For the price, it is a great chair. I am able to work again! I would have to take frequent breaks from backpain before getting the chair. The lower/middle support is really good on the chair.The mesh is comfortable, even with your legs crossed. The only negative I have with the chair is the the armrests forward and backwards. With light pressure they slide back and forth and can't be locked. They are pretty loud when sliding. You do learn to overcome it.I ended up getting a Herman Miller Logitech Embody chair, and if I'm being completely honest. the Gabrylly chair was better on my back. There was less adaptation and getting used to it and it started working immediately to give me back pain relief. When you compare the price, this chair is a no brainer.
