Bluetooth stopped working on day 2

On day 2, the Bluetooth connection was lost during audio playback. I've tried connecting a few devices that I know work via Bluetooth (based on the connection with other devices) and still no sound. Then I tried FM and AM modes and there was almost no sound, so I think the speaker is the problem. For an "emergency" radio, that sucks. I would like to give zero stars.
