These are the easiest pizza cutters to use. I used to prefer a large butcher knife to pizza knives because it was easier for them to gain strength to cut through the entire crust. This changes your leverage over traditional grip pizza cutters and allows you to cut the crust very easily and smoothly. My sister bought me one because she liked it and I was surprised that I actually liked it. I found it was broken (the plastic part) and ordered a new one for it. incredibly difficult to open and close for washing. It's painful to deal with and it's like a danger that you could cut yourself because you have to put so much force into it. Also, the plastic inside had an unfinished part (maybe where it went out of shape?) with a sharp edge. It seems carelessly made; lower quality than their previous one and mine bought a few years ago. If she weren't so busy with her life right now, I would ask her to give it back. maybe she got a broken one.
