Unfortunately, the company has made minor changes to the design of the product, making this pizza cutter very difficult to use. The old model has held up incredibly well and the blade on the wheel has stayed sharp the entire time I've had it. Old version blade was much easier to remove. This blade is pretty hard to remove and it's just an accident.
