The best part is that it has all of your information in one place. It's easy to keep up with appointments (both scheduled as well as walk-ins), and also helps me track my progress throughout treatment! I dislike how slow everything takes. Sometimes you have to wait for ages before anything happens. Also sometimes when I'm trying to access something from another patient/doctor, it doesn't work at first but then after waiting a while suddenly works perfectly fine. If you're looking for an EMR, this might be what you want. Their customer service department really helped us out when we were having problems. They are very kind people who will make sure you get exactly what you need. We've been able to see our doctors' notes without them needing to send paper copies over to us. This makes things so much easier!
