7/21. I wanted to add to my review because I'm a little annoyed at this point that the seller didn't even ask me for help. Customer service is important. Apparently not for this seller. This product worked initially and I really liked it. I ordered on June 2nd and used as needed as received. Unfortunately it doesn't work anymore! The part where the water goes doesn't open and although the fountain is full as instructed it keeps saying there is no water. I want a replacement. I have notified the seller and I am still hoping that this product will not work through no fault of my own. I'll get back to you with an update in a few weeks, or sooner if I get a response from the seller.
