I like that it is easy to use, has many useful functions for payroll processing including time off requests. It can be easily set up using Microsoft Excel or other spreadsheet software (such as Google Sheets). The system also allows you access through your web browser from anywhere in order to make changes quickly when needed without having an employee who's proficient with this program there at all times of day/night! There have been some minor quirks here-and-there but nothing too big so far. If ease of setup makes sense then give it try; we've had success solving our needs by utilizing PCCR thusfar - no need to pay someone fulltime if they are not familiar wth how PCRR works because employees will learn very fast after just one session setting things out properly! I like that it is easy to use, all you need are your pay stubs or W2's and this program will do all of the work for you! The only downfall would be if there was an error with one of the forms you submit through payroll change report. It has saved me so much time having to go in person to my local tax office each year to get my taxes filed correctly.
