I eat too many avocados, I just love them. This high-quality tool makes skinning and cutting a breeze. Using a simple cleaver, cut in half, pull the pit to the pit, hold the hoop by the large end of the avocado, and thread the wires through the fruit. Perfectly cut pieces fall from the skin onto your food in seconds. Rinse it out in the sink and you can put it away. I have more than one of these, at home, in my cabin and on wheels. Don't leave home without it! :-)
