Easy access to video support center from any place where we are working which helps employees for remote collaboration without traveling as much or hiring many specialists! No need of using your laptop so that it is easy even when internet fails (sometimes) during live meeting. Nothing I like more than getting all necessary guidance regarding technical issues within few clicks!! Highly recommended if anyone want seamless experience while being work remotely but still able use features offered by webEx software itself i should mention about its great feature called Chat with Expert - this really helpful too especially at first time user's perspective as they can easily find someone who has experienced issue before them easily through chat system provided! The best thing about webex is that it provides live chat with our team members who are available 24/7 for all of us as per requirement. Also we can share screen easily which helps me solve issues quickly. You will love this product if your organization has more than 50+ users or employees. I have solved my previous problems by using webex. And now i am solving new ones too.
