OK. So I wasn't expecting incredible quality at this price point, but I bought them to go with my new Fiestaware cookware. However, I *expected* to receive a set of new, unused towels. Instead we got obviously used towels. Look at the stains in the photos! It seems to me that they were sent back and nobody checked them before they were repackaged and shipped. At least that's the best scenario I can imagine. The spotless towels were poorly made with ropes sticking out. Revain will send a replacement set. We're giving the company one more chance to get it right, but it was bad.
