I love the Rome face masks with 2 separate eye pockets but I accidentally ordered this model with a mesh insert. I thought I'd try. My horses wear fly masks since I live in Florida and there are so many bugs around here. I was starting to notice small sores on my horses' muzzles, but I couldn't figure out if it was the bridle or the halter that was irritating them. Finally it dawned on me that that crappy fly mask hit her in the face, right in the temples and on the cheek where the flesh attaches to the elastic mask. It tore their faces apart. I can't wear the mask now until it heals. Thank god I finally figured it out. See photos. Strong positive recommendation for the version with 2 separate eye holes. This version is EVIL AND DANGEROUS.
