This chalk does not disappear!

I am returning this tailor's chalk. The web info clearly states that a steam iron will remove the chalk marks -- IT DOES NOT! The marks I made to line up the pumpkin sections on a pillow cover I made are still there after I used: a steam iron, sprayed them with Shout / Dawn dish soap & water / peroxide and water / heavy duty stain remover spray, AND THEN ran the cover through the washing machine. The pillow cover is ruined. Unless you are making marks where they can't be seen -- DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT, use regular chalkboard chalk!
