I've been drinking Twinings of London Lady Gray tea religiously for as long as I can remember. I just bought 18 boxes. The first surprise was that the box has changed. I don't particularly like what's new, but it doesn't really matter. However, the next change IS a very important one: Twinings has changed the flavor formula! Why did they do it without warning after so many years? This is rude and extremely unfair to those of us who have been loyal customers for so long. Enough. I will no longer buy Lady Gray Tea or any other Twinings product. Any dealer who takes such a careless attitude towards his customers does not deserve my business.
