About the Pillow: After buying 3 of these pillows for different family members. only 1 member still uses it. We couldn't get used to the pillow after adding or removing filling. I'm still looking for the perfect pillow. Customer Service: After 1 wash of the pillowcase the zipper broke so we took a cover from one of the other pillows (of 3 bought) that was no longer used. I washed it and the zipper broke too. I emailed them when it broke (shortly after purchase) and never got a response. I had high hopes for the product and may buy a new pillowcase, but I was hoping for a company that really cares about what their customers think.
