I ordered size 10.5 based on my other running shoes. Nike, Puma and Adidas. The New Balance shoes fit, but the toes touched the front of the shoes. I went back to a size 11 and now they feel better with a little more room at the top. They're not loose, I just prefer my thumb not touching the front. This shoe is very comfortable. I would buy them again. One more thing, these shoes with the box came in a bag. The box was damaged but the shoes are fine. I just wanted the box not to be destroyed so I can keep it in the box when not in use.
