The best thing about this product is that it allows us as an organization, to simulate real-world attacks from our clients' networks with ease of use without having any technical skills needed at all! I believe there are some features which could be improved upon such as more options within each scenario (i would also like option where we can customize scenarios).

It's very easy to manage because you have access through your console or dashboard so no need to go into different areas/windows etc just get everything done right away using one single interface. We've been able to train users quickly due to its simplicity even though they do not know anything related to cybersecurity yet when training them by simulating actual attack methods used against organizations.
