They've made this software easy to learn through live training sessions I had in an easy, step by step process of using the program. The fact that they are always available for support even past hours makes me feel like their customer service can be trusted as well. We also love how quickly it was up and running since we're not computer savvy. It took us some time but once our team got used to using the new interface things went pretty smoothly throughout our day to day operations. It's hard at first when everything feels different than your traditional way of doing business in the office. Give them 2 weeks or more to try out everything so you don't have too many hiccups along the way. After that all will run smooth. If one employee forgets what he/she does every morning every other has them figured out easily enough thanks them to facility bot for bringing out amazing functionality especially with my employees being away from home often during times where work is slow. I like that it allows me to manage my facility without having to be on site. The customer service is great, but sometimes you have to wait for them to get back to you. Make sure you do some research before purchasing this software. It's not cheap. If you are looking for something that will help your business run more efficiently then this software is the way to go. I am able to check in on my building from anywhere, even if its during the middle of the night.
