Decent, but has flaws

Looks nice, ergonomic. It's very light, which isn't a huge deal, but I prefer a shift knob with a little weight to it.It's also difficult to keep tight. You can torque the screws down as tight as possible but it will loosen up after a few weeks and need to be re tightened.The rubber size adapters compress and flare out so it is difficult to get the bottom trim ring screwed on. I had to trim off some of the excess rubber to make it work.
