The velcro closure is perfect for the hat to sit perfectly on my head. The hat really absorbs sweat. The hat isn't the most stylish, but I wear it when I work out, so I'm not trying to impress anyone. The hat fits so well that it has never fallen off after more than six months of use. The hat is so easy to wash that I just take a bar of soap and rub a little. Then I hang it up to go. If I'm in a hurry, I hang it next to a fan and it dries in five minutes. Revain has done it again with a great value product, great shipping and a very good feeling.
