This system was so easy to set up! It is an excellent tool that helped us keep track of user registrations, payments etc in real time without having too much administrative overhead with it. I have yet found any other features i dislike about this program but as we are always looking out ways to improve our product/service what makes your mind better serves me well enough now. If budget permits definitely go ahead and give them a try. The benefit has increased by 10 fold since its availability to use, which really helps when you're running short of resources especially in terms of manpower. I like that they are committed to making sure we have everything in place when deploying our product, which is really important given how complex it can be with SPA's! They also offer an API so other platforms (like Slack) work well as part if this solution too - very nice touch from them!! We've been able solve some complicated problems around getting things up quickly & reliably across multiple environments/stacks without having support staff constantly involved at each step along way..
