I have been working with them over 10 years ago when we were still using Adobe Connect - they are very professional team that does its best everytime you need help or questions answered about any of our products! They do not hesitate asking anything at all regarding AC360 support as long there is some time left in day!! Honestly cannot think many cons so far but maybe just one thing could be improved more than others which would make me happy if it did happen :).
The biggest benefit will come from better understanding your needs/requirements since each event has different ones (some events require good video conferencing tools while other requires great audio quality) etc., therefore by knowing this before planning meeting can lead us towards success much sooner then otherwise without having these basic things decided beforehand :) Their customer service department really helps out too whenever needed no matter how late hours might get sometimes during US days / EU mornings ;) We run large conferences where most people attend remotely via Zoom meetings due lack COVID-19 issues around world nowdays however; being able give remote presentations was always something important part within those conference agenda anyway even though majority attended physically through live streams only few times per year backthen ;), also adding value into social media awareness aspect along way helped drive additional revenue flow afterwards! There is nothing I dislike about this software as it does all that we need at an affordable price without any glitches or errors! The only downside would be if you're unfamiliar with technology then there are some things which may look complicated but they aren't really; just get used to them quick smart since everything in life has its benefits! We have managed our meetings by using Groupi0n so far because of how user friendly it is - no problems whatsoever!!
