I got this in 2016, I guess it's been on my computer for 3 years. I never take it off my computer and get tons of compliments. It's a little worn around what the spine should be, but honestly it gives it character because it's meant to look like it's in an old book. I'm also a grad student and I take this computer with me everywhere, so I'm probably a bit heavier with it than most of my circumstances. My computer seems a little shabby, but I'm not sure if it's the case or not. I love it and highly recommend it!
