Review on Retevis RT 388 Talkies: Rechargeable, Multi-Channel Communication Devices by Jim Ledbetter

I bought these for my daughter in November 2016 and one of the units stopped working about a month ago. I contacted the seller and he sent me instructions on how to test the device. I followed the instructions but the device still didn't work; they sent me a new device. We replaced the batteries from the old device with a new one and it works great. My daughter has so much fun with it. I wasn't expecting a block replacement as we were 90 days apart so I was very happy to hear they would replace the block for me free of charge. This is more than I expected and I thank the company for the service and if you have a daughter interested in a walkie talkie; I highly recommend buying these walkie talkies. Great product and fantastic customer service.
