I like that they have many options to set up an automated payroll system for my business as well! The customer service has been great too - very helpful with any questions or problems we've had (even though it's just myself). It can be hard at times getting everything setup correctly in order run your reports etc., but their support team really helps you out when needed so no big deal there either!! Payroll processing/payout calculations are super easy now since using this product instead our previous program from Sage which was extremely clunky & difficult process overall compared other similar programs around such things online. I like how easy it is to use and navigate. It's not very user friendly for non-accountants; you need someone that knows what they're doing in order to learn how to use it. That said, if you have someone who can help with training, then this program will be perfect! We are solving our time tracking needs and getting much better visibility into where our resources are spending their time.
