I saw that it had "full OBD-II capabilities" and thought for $20 I might try it too. It's nowhere near my old code reader. It only reads emission codes and nothing else. I hooked it up to an old Dodge truck that has more transmission and brake codes and EGR codes than I can count and the scanner found nothing. Tried on a new machine, no connection. It's good for $20 anyway, but it's not fully functional. He knows the basics. If you're expecting to streamline the transmission, ABS or other codes as basic emissions stuff, you're out of luck. It is not fully functional. He may be able to guide you through the outlier test, but that's about it. *Edit* I was offered a free product to change this rating to 5 stars. I will not do this.
