The ease of use for all employees to have access to their own personal calendar as well as the ability to see who is in what meeting and when it starts/ends. I wish there was more flexibility with how you could set up meetings. There are certain types of meetings that you can't set up to be shared to multiple users. Instead, each user must create their own meeting. This is not very efficient. In addition, if you want to share files or documents, this process requires two steps - first you have to send an email with the link to the file. Then, you have to go back into the app and select "Share" and then click on the file you would like to share. This makes it difficult to keep track of files sent out. It would be nice if we could just click on the file we wanted to share and immediately have it appear within the app. This helps us stay organized and.
