The ease of use for all employees to have access to their own personal calendar as well as the ability to see who is in what meeting and when it starts/ends. I wish there was more flexibility with how you could set up meetings. There are certain types of meetings that you can't set up to be shared to multiple users. Instead, each user must create their own meeting. This is not very efficient.
