They help me with wrist pain and swelling in my hands. The reason I didn't give it five stars is because they had a stitching hole when I received them. I was able to sew it but I'm wondering if they are well made. I've only had them for a week so I'm not sure how long they will last. I like the grippy bumps on my palms. They help pick up items without them slipping out of my hand. I would advise you to measure your hand before purchasing. I was able to find a measurement guide on Google via another website for compression gloves. I have a big hand for a woman. Most women's gloves don't fit me. I was very surprised when the measurements led me to order a medium. I had some doubts if it would fit. It fits great. It's not too tight, but tight enough to get the job done.
