Review on Enhanced ZYLISS Seafood Cracker for Advanced Shellfish Cracking Experience by Wendy Hernandez

I was concerned when I saw Zyliss online because of the plastic. I figured they might not be strong enough or too brittle for seafood. We've had good luck with other Zyliss products over the years, so I decided to change them up. Tonight they cracked Dungeness crabs easily, even with their claws. I only bought one pair to try but all four liked the wide body, the crab shell came out in large chunks more intact than a bunch of small chunks, the teeth were interlocking to get a good grip on the crab and split the crab was easy, even for me with my arthritis. Will be ordering more so we can all sit at the table with our own shrimp cracker, great product.
