I want to love him, but I don't. It works and does the job, but the picture quality is poor, the sound is terrible and the Vox setting for turning the screen on and off with only sound activation is completely inconsistent. Half the time it doesn't work and occasionally I have to reset my language settings, turn off my monitor, restart and reset my language settings again. The temperature monitor is now accurate for video, but 99% of the time, one camera will typically differ 2-3 degrees from the other, causing the monitor to beep. The babies and both cameras are in the SAME ROOM next to each other and both are on the same side of the room. Super annoying. The motions in the video quality are very buggy and did I mention the audio quality is bad? Battery life is also around 3 hours, so it will have to be on all night or it will die, although the instructions recommend not leaving it on for that long. What else am I supposed to do? Tomorrow I will get back together and request a refund as I gave it a week of work and everyone in our family hates this monitor.
