This is a good product, but like all these video monitors, the battery life isn't as long as we'd like. Some nights it barely makes it through the night without requiring a network connection. I set as many settings as possible for minimal power consumption. I had 2 other baby monitor systems with our other kids and they all had the same issue. You would think that a company would figure out how to extend battery life for video use.

I bought this monitor in October or November 2021 and the screen stopped working in less than a month. Revain was great and no question replaced a broken system with a brand new system in December. I survived on this system until July and now the screen is broken again. It's not completely broken this time, just the color is pink and the picture quality is terrible. I would suggest spending money elsewhere. It's not a bad system when it works, but it's a little annoying when it keeps breaking.

I've had this monitor for a month now, I hope I like it. The reason I bought this monitor was because it was one of the few dual camera split screen monitors. I want to love him, but I don't. It works and does the job, but the picture quality is poor, the sound is terrible and the Vox setting for turning the screen on and off with only sound activation is completely inconsistent. 3.5 stars edit: We've had this monitor for almost 1.5 years. While customer service has always been helpful, the monitor fails again. No more chargers. When I plugged it in and started charging, it told me both cameras were out of range (they weren't). I think for the price it was worth it and my kids are outgrowing the need for a monitor but I would choose a different brand in the future.
