We can access directly in Salesforce without any extra plugin required! It has been good experience till now so far only I would say is that sometimes we need some customization when working offline but nothing major otherwise very smooth process!! If you want an all-inclusive solution then go ahead this product will suit best. Easy integration into sales force crm & other third party applications such As Microsoft Office Online services The main benefit is that it has made our life easier through the management process. It’s so simple to use as well! I don’t have anything negative about this software. This is the perfect solution if you are looking for an easy platform to manage all of your projects at once.
