This article helped me to fix my chainsaw quickly. I use it with a Dewalt impact wrench to loosen the stock nuts, tighten them, and on cold days pull the spark plug on my Stihl saw to prime the piston with ether for a quick two-pull start on those 30's and colder days to fill. .Lexivon did an excellent job with customer service. I received the product and they asked how it was. I just wanted 3/8 and it costs the same as Dewalt or Makita but with 3 bits instead of 1 so I ordered it. 3/8 worked great but 1/2 cracked when I tried to unscrew the low torque spark plug. I may have screwed it wrong, I don't know, but they sent a replacement out the same day, although I didn't really care because I really wanted the 3/8 to just change the nuts on the bar. It is clear that Lexivon stands behind their products 100% and now I feel compelled to buy more items from them. They've made me a regular customer even though I'm a DIY mercenary who has quite a collection of tools from different manufacturers. I'll probably fit her impact head next time. Overall the product looks good, works well and they have a great customer service team.
