I took this camera on a recent trip to the beach to take photos for the elderly, but the quality of the photos and videos surprised me. I included a video taken with this camera, I edited it to remove the sound because there was a lot of talking and every word was caught. He even picked up people's conversations about 10 feet away from us. While we could hear them, you could actually hear them clearly after watching the video. The image quality on it is just amazing. This camera has several different settings that you can choose from. I had to read the instructions that came with this camera to get a better idea of what settings do what. I've also attached a picture I took to show the clarity of the camera quality. I tried to take this shot with my phone but I couldn't capture the ripples of the sand clearly enough. With this camera, however, I was able to capture the waves just as if I were there in person again. I have more photos and videos to take and I will definitely take this camera. The only thing I needed additionally was a memory card, which I already had. Totally impressed with the quality of the pictures and videos. The best part is that it is hand-held and ergonomic, comfortable to hold, the strap helps too.
