It may take some time for your birds to get used to this but my birds like it as an alternative to the other formula I give them from Harrison's. Both are organic, which I liked, but this formula is particularly good as it's loaded with greens and my birds really don't like eating it fresh. They chew on the pellets until they turn into a powder so I don't know what parts of the pellets they actually eat, but I usually toss some of the dust to the wind for the birds outside after it's been sitting in their bowl for a week . . I also don't put a lot in her bowl at once to avoid waste and preserve freshness. I recommend storing it in a foil bag or usually a mason jar to make it more airtight and last longer. Last time I bought a big bag and it took a long time because of course they have other food sources so I bought a smaller one this time. I may come back next time as it seems better value for money. Good company and good product.
